Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please inspect your order immediately and contact us at contact@bevalion.com within 3 days of delivery. To process a replacement:
- Provide a clear photo or video of the damaged item as proof.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
- There is no need to return damaged items; proof is sufficient.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at contact@bevalion.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, and you provide proof (photo or video), you may request a refund or replacement. There is no need to return damaged items.

Order Fulfillment Mistakes:
- If we send the wrong product, scent, or item, you may request a refund or replacement.

Exceptional Circumstances:
- In rare cases where the customer cannot receive the product due to issues beyond their control (e.g., package lost in transit or shipping delays that make the product unusable), and a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be considered.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@bevalion.com.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Discovery Sets
- If you are not satisfied with the scent of your candle, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to try our Discovery Set first to find the perfect match for their preferences.
Exchanges
If you made a mistake in your order:
- Before Shipping: Contact us as soon as possible at contact@bevalion.com. If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, we can proceed with an exchange at no additional cost.

After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be returned at your cost, unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
- A 25% processing fee will be deducted from the original purchase price, and you will be reimbursed 75% of the item’s value in the form of a store credit.
Important Note
Please note that the Discovery Set is non-refundable and non-returnable.
